Is it clinical burnout, surviving pandemia, reparenting my inner child, breaking generational cycles of trauma, working on something for double the time a neurotypical would, checking behavior, or am I JUST EXHAUSTED?

So far Uni of East London have been the only ones to contact me back. Such a shame as I know there will be many in my position but excited to see what Psychology at UEL will be able to offer me.
