@WolfishCharmer He follows a step behind, a slight limp affecting his gait. "Flower? No. I've never studied them." A pause. "Do you?"

@WolfishCharmer -- "What can you tell me about this one?" he asks evenly, nodding towards a small flower on the sill.

@WolfishCharmer "Do they grow here?" He bends down to eye level with the flower, studying it closely. "I've never seen one before."

@WolfishCharmer "Show me how you keep them," he urges, gently, eyes methodically moving from one plant to the next, "after they've died."

@WolfishCharmer He follows like an obedient pet, thoroughly absorbed in this new field of study. "How long have you been doing this?"

@WolfishCharmer "I hope you'll explain it to me," he says, brow furrowed as he examines his surroundings. "I don't believe I understand."

@WolfishCharmer "Would you, really?" he asks, watching the other man with growing interest. "Teach me, I mean? I would be...so grateful."

@WolfishCharmer "I am. I want to learn. I've never had the opportunity to study plant life, at least not properly. I know nothing."

@WolfishCharmer He registers the language switch, pulls from what he's studied of Spanish. "Gracias, Xander," he says, then hesitates. --

@WolfishCharmer -- shakes it, as he's observed people do.
