For brilliantly managing disgruntled passengers to remove their luggage from wheelchair spaces, both as I boarded the train and throughout the journey.

Hi Travelodge UK, I had to book into Premier Inn after being refunded, but you wouldn’t cover the £357 difference for the late notice room. By the time you refused, wet rooms had sold out, so I’m stuck with a lowered bath I can’t shower in. At least I can breathe at night.
