Install spritzers; think 🎢 & place outside of medical/pill lines/property/chow/canteen/laundry. If they cannot be installed, issue directive to allow residents 2 form lines in shaded areas when waiting outside of such areas.

lower shower temps 2 the lowest possible perm. temp; install 2 addtl fans in ea living area; allow use of bags/other vent assist 2 direct a breeze to bunks in 2 man cells. #BeatTheHeat
