As we await more data on #Omicron If you are an vaccinated adult (6 months out) This is a good time to go get a booster It'll dramatically reduce your risk of infection from Delta (still the biggest threat by far) And will likely increase your protection against #Omicron

I honestly believe patient outcomes would be much better if adult hospitals were decorated/painted the same as children’s hospitals and if the therapy animal:patient ratio was higher. Also the snacks. Children’s hospital snacks SLAP.

Now just under 3 years into covid and I still don’t think people grasp how much this is affecting med education. There are STILL fellows beingpulled to cover ICU nights. There are STILL psychiatry residents being pulled to cover medicine services while IM residents go to icu.

If I read ONE MORE recommendation letter calling a female medical student "well-mannered" I'm going to freaking scream. Are these student physicians domesticated animals?!?!? 😡😡😡 #infuriating #misogyny
