-had to be the biggest city Pearce had ever seen. He notices a small cafe on the corner of the street and decides to head- (Clark Kent/Superman)

-but busy cafe. Everyone seemed to be either unaware of his presence or trying very hard not to look at him.] Perfect. [He- (Clark Kent/Superman)

[After finishing his food, Pearce hastily leaves the cafe, accidentally bumping into a larger man outside. "Hey buddy,- (Clark Kent/Superman)

-where do you think you're going?" The man demanded, raising his voice and moving closer to Pearce.] Uh, sorry. I was just- (Clark Kent/Superman)

-leaving. ["The hell you are." The man responds and throws a punch that hits Pearce square in the jaw. Pearce recoils back.-(Clark Kent/Superman)

-His hands fly up to cover his face and the man flies backwards through the air and hits a wall.] Sh*t. [Pearce curses and- (Clark Kent/Superman)

-and starts to quickly make his way away from the cafe.] (Clark Kent/Superman)

[Pearce's eyes widen as Clark Kent/Superman floats in front of him.] Wh-who are you? [He chokes out, terrified.]
