Here’s a nice story, in 2018 The County Sligo Golf Club won the junior foursomes and I was the team captain. Today, my son Eddie who was part of the panel along with his assistant, Niall McDermott back then, won for the first time since then as team Captain and I’m club Captain. #prouddad

So this morning at the AIG Senior cup for ladies, both Captains and Lady Captains from Douglas Golf Club and The County Sligo Golf Club met and wished each other well. It’s a very well organised event by both the home club and Golf Ireland
