The meeting aims to inform participants on the international instruments that strengthen maritime governance at regional and national levels: the Fisheries & Aquaculture Agreement on Port State Measures (PSMA), the International Maritime Organization Cape Town Agreement (CTA) and the International Labour Organization Work in Fishing Convention (C188).
