Today’s dialysis decision proves once again that the federal judiciary’s lack of sophistication in healthcare law & healthcare economic dynamics transcends ideological or political bounds! 1/ supremecourt.gov/opinions/21pdf…

NEW: unfortunately it’s time for another international Covid update, as the BA.5 Omicron lineage (and BA.4 to a lesser extent) sends not only cases but also hospitalisations climbing around the world, from South Africa, to Portugal, the UK, Israel and now the US 📈

Time to treat your shoes! Once a month shoe treatment w/permethrin spray helps keep ticks at bay. Treated mine yesterday while taping for an upcoming series with @KellyBatesRI on ABC6 Providence. Looking forward to seeing it. Until then, here’s what to do: bit.ly/bestrepellent

#KindnessGoesViral shout out to my friend Eric Peterson for weeks of massages to help me feel better. I can't thank Eric enough but I do try to pay it forward.

#KindnessGoesViral by the way, there are bunches of people in my life who do kind things for me and that makes my life great because I always try to pay it forward.

Man on street handing out leaflets to me a wheelchair user: “Come on in. Try our new restaurant.” Me: “No thanks. It’s not accessible-it has no ramp.” Man: “We’ll carry you in or bring food out.” Carrying a disabled person is not access. The obvious solution-a ramp is ignored.
