Great day today. Kicked off with a banging #RPM mix from Shona 🤩 at the #Tryst, then a brilliant trial PT session with Superhuman Sharon 🏋️‍♀️ from The Bodybuilding and Fitness Gym all finished off chilling with a #Mindfulness class at #Broadwood this afternoon @nlleisure

Highest #RPM calorie burn so far this year at the #Tryst with Shona 🤩 What an incredible mix! Also managed a brilliant PT session with Superhuman Sharon 🏋️‍♀️ from The Bodybuilding and Fitness Gym Anticipating mobility issues tomorrow!! @nlleisure

Very sad news but not unexpected. Thinking about all of the amazing fitness instructors who have been such an inspiration to me. Hopefully the Thursday night and Sunday morning #RPM teams will be back together soon!
