Why do we swear in INEC declared winners when courts are still deciding who actually won? In 2023, over 3,000 election-related cases jammed Nigeria’s courts. 67,600 civic and criminal cases stalled. because over 338 judges were reassigned. Justice shouldn’t come after power.
