This is really notable. Despite a very concerted effort to find lots of waste and fraud, DOGE has found almost none. That's partly because they are looking in the wrong places! The biggest waste in the federal budget is tax breaks that go to rich people.

This is a totally nonsensical set of statements. JP Morgan alone spends about 30x what the IRS does on IT modernization annually (And serves fewer people of course, since IRS deals with every household and business every year.)
