This is an understandable and I imagine widely held view but it isn't right. The vast majority of schools worked hard to make these grades as fair as they could given the information available.

Hi all, Don’t forget that this year’s exams analysis must compare mock and CA grades with 5 previous years, postcodes, DA, SEND, EAL, LAC, height on the day they would have taken the exam, eye colour, length of eyelashes, type of knot in tie, and favourite Dua Lipa song. Thanks x

Who could have predicted that the nation’s most fearless defenders of ‘free speech’ could be so comprehensively undone by a dance troupe?

“You think your pain and your heartbreak are unprecedented in the history of the world, but then you read. It was books that taught me that the things that tormented me most were the very things that connected me with all the people who were alive, who had ever been alive.”

🎯 Patrick Bamford: "It's amazing the amount of uproar when somebody's pocket is being hurt. It's a shame that this doesn't happen with issues like racism."

Oh, that George Floyd were still alive. But I’m thankful for accountability. The work continues. Justice is a continuum. And America must bend with the moral arc of the universe, which bends toward justice.

A reminder that victory would be George Floyd being alive. Every day Black Americans worry if they will be next is another day without justice.

Wonderful to hear Christian Eriksen is awake. Let’s hope he continues to improve. His Danish team mates deserve the highest praise & respect. They demanded immediate medical help, screened him from the cameras, preserved his dignity and consoled his family. Inspiring ❤️🇩🇰

You don’t get to stoke the fire at the beginning of the tournament by labelling our anti-racism message as ‘Gesture Politics’ & then pretend to be disgusted when the very thing we’re campaigning against, happens.

This is why it matters. Representation. My daughter doesn’t have to have an interest in football. She just has to know that it’s an option. That she can become anything she sets her little heart on. From a princess to a lioness. And everything in between. #Lionesses #WEURO2022

🚨Nervous Joe Klaxon🚨 Every year exam time rolls around and teachers and Heads of MFL scrabble to find native speakers to support Oral Exams in less commonly spoken languages. My friend, school improvement bod and all round good egg @MissBowersMFL and I wanted to solve this.
