Not everything will be palatable, and not everyone will agree, but the substance of today’s joint communiqué is as historic as it is positive.
Everyone who understands the true, raw reality of Brexit, which we have not yet experienced, will understand that.

I don’t know what the terms of the Treaty - if it comes - are.
But I do know they must be looked at with a clear head & context. The devil will as ever be in the detail. But equally we can’t lose sight of the alternative: the real consequences of Brexit we’ve not yet experienced

Curious to know the basis for your alarm. Gibraltar didn’t want Brexit. We’re on the cusp of a Treaty to deliver joint prosperity to both sides of the Gibraltar border & protect us from the harshest realties of Brexit. The detail will be important but it’s Brexit that alarms me.
