Week 0 of the F3Nation-IronPax challenge in the books saw 7 members jump in and give it go! Solid work by the group... a couple of the PAX took some self-imposed time penalties for poor form or modifications.

F3 Boro’s Annual Turkey Games tradition continued this morning. The PAX chose (unwittingly) the “Thanksgiving” warm-up. The games were a solid challenge... worthy of the highly sought-after turkey sandwich! As always F3 Statesboro camera work is spot on. #IronSharpensIron

The 5th Annual 4th of July Red, White and Blue Freedom Slap ‘Merica games was celebrated today by the men (and one young lady) of F3Boro this morning. Events included The Preamble, 2 party system, Crossing the Delaware… just to name few. Congrats to Carney and Vic20🏆!

Today we mourn the loss of our brother Spicoli (Christopher Close) who is with Jesus now, no longer in pain. To honor his legacy we’d ask other F3 regions to do 100 Spicoli’s (calf raises) at their workouts tomorrow. He was a true HIM and an inspiration to us all.
