What a night. Enjoyed F3FranklinTN’s 2024 taco ruck. Threw on a ruck, stopped at 5 different taco shops across town while enjoying some fellowship, drinks and exercise.

Celebrated my 6th year in F3FranklinTN with this group of men this morning. Couldn’t be more grateful for the impact they’ve had on me. Lucky to be a part of something so special.

I couldn’t be more proud of my son, Luke (F3 Shadow), and F3FranklinTN. He led an entire 45 minute workout all by himself this morning. 22 men showed up to support him. They say it takes a village and I’m grateful we have the best. #Blessed
