Here's my messy spreadsheet tracking #SCOTUS 's merits cases during its current term, updated for the two decisions that the justices handed down this morning.

Among other things, you can see the (unsurprising) stacking up of pending decisions in 'major' cases:

Clerk for state courts! As every year, I am happy to talk to law students about clerking. I’ve clerked for both the state high court and the Ninth Circuit. Very different experiences. Both are tons of fun.
