Dosage trials for our Sparkling NV Brut launching in July🥂interesting experimenting with the different sugar levels, even at this stage of the process, you can get such varied results from the amount of sugar added.We prefer a dry finish to our #englishsparklingwine

What a difference a few years make. April 2018 (left) & June 2022. The cover crop has now taken & is supporting the vines & returning much needed nutrients back into the soil and crowding out the weeds. It's lovely to look back and see what we have achieved. #englishvineyard
