There is only 600 h/a of Tempranillo Blanco in Rioja against 35,000h/a of red. Germán R. Blanco Germán ferments the wine in cement to emphasise the varietal character. We tasted it last week with Germán and loved it. It’s on the shelves today. He farms organically. #64winecares
