So disappointed with Airbnb, it has been 4 days since we faced problems with our stay and still not resolution.

We showed up at our Airbnb which only had one mini split A/C unit (3 bedrooms), no hot water, and a entry door handle completely falling off. They have been investigating for 4 days and just told us to provide photos and videos of the problems.. but how when we left 5 days ago.

48 hours and haven’t heard from my “case manager” Airbnb which makes a total of one week since they have been “investigating.” Still no resolution.

Anyone else experience bad customer service from Airbnb like me? 🤦🏼‍♀️

After viewing what others have tweeted about Airbnb I see I’m not the only one receiving bad customer service. 😐
