Between approximately 12am-2am this morning, Firefighters & staff from the The Ottawa Hospital moved 17 neonatal ICU babies from the 8th floor ICU down the stairs to be taken to CHEO Ottawa due to the power loss. Most of the babies were under 1000 grams (2.2 pounds). Also, prior to

Ottawa Fire Services Firefighters returned to the The Ottawa Hospital today to surprise the amazing Doctors, Nurses & Medical Staff who they worked with to safely transport 17 NICU babies to safety after a fire at the hospital 2 weeks ago with a framed photo and our official challenge coins.🏥🚒
