3-Gene=Severe anemia with HgH (beta4 tetrads)

4-Gene = you don't see them either, they are DEAD

COVID management Summary
*Not Vaccinated= Nirmatrelvir (Paxlovid)
*Vaccinated & Elderly/immunocompromised=Paxlovid
*Hypoxic= Dexamethasone (not just ANY steroid)
*Mild hypoxia (nasal canula)=Add remdesivir to dexamethasone
*Severe hypoxia (High flow/Vent)=Add IL6 or JAK inhibitor
