This is why a thorough history is the most important part in a syncope eval! "I was exercising, and then I woke up with facial trauma" (from a nearby piece of gym equipment) How many of these ๐˜ต๐˜ฆ๐˜น๐˜ต๐˜ฃ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฌ vagal syncope episodes would get a $25000 workup??
