Today we recognized #OrangeShirtDay2020 Beading has been an important part of First Nations culture for approx 8000 years. We made beaded chains with a word to describe how the victims of residential schools felt while being forced to attend. James Potter PS Theresa Longlade

In honour of Thanksgiving, we had a pumpkin pie taste test. We talked about adjectives as well as made connections to fractions and data management. We compared foods people enjoy now to foods people enjoyed when the early settlers came to Canada.🦃Theresa Longlade James Potter PS
