Tomorrow is #IDAHOT2020 - May 17th was chosen to commemorate the WHO's decision in 1990 to declassify homosexuality as a mental disorder. In 1990, I was in high school. Today, our students & staff need us to be intentional & deliberate in our efforts to create a better tomorrow.

It doesn’t take much!Around 7pm tonight, still at work, a contractor at my school offered me these treats. I almost burst into tears, grateful for the thoughtful and friendly gesture after a very long, intense day. I’ll definitely be paying this forward.
