If Melee wants to throw the ring into the fire and be finally free, we need to lobby a change to copyright law to insist that publicly playing a video game is not an infringement of copyright. The game publisher should have no right to dictate if people stream video of a game.

My favorite holiday

Rock is frame 0 and has the most generous cancel window of the roster. Scissors and Paper have the same startup, but Scissors can kara cancel into Paper. Paper is committal, but wins against rock plus mental damage. Not perfectly balanced, but pretty close. Everyone is viable.
