2/6 Sunwing told us to wait for a bus they would arrange to take us from Montreal to Ottawa. The bus never showed up. Sunwing gave us the option to take a cab or stay at a hotel. Since we were planned to bus back, 80% of us assumed the roads will be good enough to take a cab.

4/6 So there is 80% of the people from the flight who are on route to Ottawa seeing first hand the horrible road conditions. We already saw one Bonjour taxi that drove off the road. We also are not able to return back to Montreal as we won’t be able to find a Sunwing rep and
