I don’t get this concept of us parents being ‘out of pocket’ by giving our own children breakfast. Isn’t feeding our own kids a basic premise of parenting responsibility, why would any parent regard themselves ‘out of pocket’ for doing so🤔

where is the fucking outrage? this is the UC rate for the sickest most severely disabled people who are so ill they cannot work - they CANNOT make up the difference. i warn you, DO NOT get sick, DO NOT become disabled; Starmer's government will starve you.

My mum has cancer. She had her PIP assessment by phone because attending in person posed a serious infection risk. Would you force her into an assessment centre anyway? Remote assessments aren’t a loophole - they’re a lifeline. Disabled people aren’t a budget line to be cut.

It is estimated that carers on "benefits street" save the taxpayer 184 billion a year. Perhaps they should go on strike until politicians and journalists stop speaking about them with such contempt.

This is disgusting. Waitrose has *sacked* a 54-year-old worker after 17 years of loyal service for stopping a shoplifter. This is exactly why good people don’t intervene anymore. Waitrose should be utterly ashamed of themselves.
