I’m just an hour in the door and after a long day travelling I needed something quick but wholesome… bucatini al tonno aka tuna pasta. EVOO, garlic, chilli, capers, Shine's Seafood,Tuna tuna and bucatini from my suitcase. I even salvaged some acceptable parsley from the fridge.
