Don't laugh, but I'm researching school crossing patrols (SCP). DS wants to walk to school, but is unable to cross roads safely, and qualifies for a Blue Badge. Would it be reasonable to request a guaranteed SCP for his walking route as a SEP? . Ed Duff #TeamSEND
