**Important law change effective today** It is already illegal to text or make a phone call when using a hand-held device while driving. It’s now also an offence to use a mobile (or other device such as a tablet) when driving for the activities listed below. A welcome change.

111 UK cyclists died in crashes last year. Can those still debating this consider the devastation such loss of life has caused 111 families? The purpose of any journey is to get from A-B with everybody arriving safely. We all have a responsibility to stop preventable deaths.
