We’re expecting the pay award shortly (well since April). Inflation for 12 months to April has come in at 4.5% any less than that and you’re losing money. Although of course pay restoration means significantly more is needed to redress lost pay. More like roughly 14.5% for 3 yrs!

I really fear that if General Practice is allowed to crumble and collapse, the whole of the NHS will fail. Fixing the foundation before that happens is vital!
