Another bold leap forwards- more comprehensive movement behaviour💤👣 and sleep guidance which is more-specific and meaningful to those in the first year post-partum. 🤱🧘‍♀️🚶‍♀️👟 The change reflects the immense hard work and evidence-generation which has shaped these new guidelines.
