Can vigorous intermittent bursts of lifestyle physical activity🏃♀️💨 lower the risk of cancer🎗️?
In JAMA Oncology the ProPASS team finds:
3.5-4.5 mins/day🕰️lowered the risk of total cancers by 17-21% and those linked to physical activity by 28-32%📉
