We have been sitting here for almost an hour VIA Rail Canada. Surely you have functioned in previous winters. At this point I would have been better off to walk.

Some of the misinformation mentioned in this statement has occurred throughout Ontario. Sadly planners are no longer safe to engage people due to a small number of people who assume things and make no effort to be informed.
