Don't confuse your product backlog with your product roadmap. Your roadmap is a representation of your strategy, the initiatives you think will best help you achieve your goals. Your backlog, on the other hand, should be everything you've committed to build in the short-term.

In product-led SaaS: Product Management’s main job is to make it easy for the User to say Yes. Product Marketing’s main job is make it difficult for the Buyer to say No. Sales’ main job is to monetize by overcoming Customer inertia.

Nothing worse in Product Management than having the title of "Product Manager" but not really doing the job of one. Unfortunately, this is much more common than we think. When I look for new roles, I always check for 5 things that can help me avoid roles that are not PM ⬇️
