Great to be back on the road again with The Commis Chef Apprenticeship. Working with a well established property The Olde Post Inn where Chantal, our Apprentice, was only too delighted to show off her recently acquired skills.

Had the opportunity to speak at the dinner to mark the conclusion of the revalidation visit by UNESCO of our Cuilcagh Lakelands UNESCO Global Geopark Not sure if the CEs of Cavan County Council & Fermanagh & Omagh District Council were sure I would say the right thing!!
