The workers at Jacob's, whose pickets we supported last year, are under attack again. They face up to 361 redundancies. If they decide to fight this decision, they will need wider support from their class!

Bleak protest today outside Newcastle Civic Centre. We need a class perspective to prevent despondency if protesters do not see longed for results in the short term. Only an internationalist movement of the working class is able to stop this war AND the next one.

Last night, NWBCW Glasgow was at the May 1st event in Red Rosa's organised by Red and Black Clydeside. A night of music, food, speeches and stalls!

Yesterday we distributed around 300 flyers at the May Day march and rally. Thanks to everyone who helped us and joined us at the reading group afterwards.

Yesterday, we were at the "Picnic on the Green", organised by glasgowkeelie and Red and Black Clydeside for May Day. We had a stall giving out leaflets made by other NWBCW groups and literature from some of the organisations who have members in NWBCW.
