For 20 yrs I have been unable to adequately explain why the novel legume, sulla, is not as impressive in SNSW as I have seen in NNSW or Eyre Peninsula. This week, touring the #hippo acid soil trials, I may have stumbled upon the answer: It clearly dislikes frost Matthew Newell


Today we got to sample the beers and spirits created by the talented brewers and distillers that partnered with Matthew Newell trialling end uses for Mtn Rye grain. For a grass that has had no selection for grain quality, all agreed there is a heap of potential in this species.
