Have been thinking hard about how disadvantage is not always visible… and how some things are more actionable than others… this is a work in progress.

Something to wonder about as we refine our pupil premium strategies: if the pupil premium grant is tied up in staffing, how are those staff being deployed, developed, supported to improve the learning, personal development and well-being of disadvantaged pupils in our settings?
