Tes Tes for Teachers Schools Week

Today marks the launch of a new SSAT programme I've devised called Rethinking Headship.

It does what it says on the tin, in two ways.

1. Helping serving HTs looking to rethink their headship.

2. Generating insights from HTs to lobby for systemic rethinking of headship. 1/7

And all of this work culminates, at the end of term, with the launch conferences for the first cohort of SSAT's Rethinking Headship for 2024-25.
