Isaac Mugisha is an African celebrated LGBTQ+ rights activist. He has dedicated his life to ensure LGBTQ+ activists have access to essential services, justice and information in Uganda. He has proactively taken part in key events and milestones in the LGBTQ+ space in Uganda.
