The ON govt's attempt to develop part of the Greenbelt & attack municipal democracy is beyond scandalous. It shows contempt for the citizenry and the environment. There are other responsible ways of dealing with housing needs. Municipal democracy doesn't belong to developers.

Make no mistake: privatizing healthcare under the guise of 'efficiency' is not about making healthcare better for folks, it's about making profits for private companies.

Canada: make no mistake. We are witnessing the dismantling of publicly funded healthcare in Ontario in a deliberate and orchestrated manner by the Ontario government. There is no effective manner to stop this situation. It is hegemony.
