"More and more data confirm the close link between diet and gut microbiota and suggest that proper nutrition before and after FMT may support the effectiveness of this procedure." What a crazy thought.. mdpi.com/2072-6643/17/2…

🚨The global rise of #UltraProcessedFoods isn’t accidental. It’s powered by a corporate playbook. ⚕️Must-read The Lancet paper maps how junk food giants block regulation, control narratives & reshape food policy in their favour. And what to do about it👇 thelancet.com/journals/lance…

In terms of bioavailability and density, animal source foods (meat, eggs, fish, dairy) are superior to plant foods for: • Protein • Omega-3s (DHA/EPA) • Iron • Zinc • Calcium • Vitamin A (retinol) • Vitamin B12 This isn't a political opinion. It is a physiological fact.

I have only read two chapters so far, but I already know I don't want this book to end. This book will leave us wiser and better suited to make truly intelligent food choices 🙏 Well done, Julia Belluz and Kevin Hall
