Our latest paper understanding the functional consequence of #COPD GWAS variants is out AJHG. Using #CRISPRi and #iPSC models we find that ADGRG6 exerts pleiotropic effects on type 2 alveolar epithelial cells, which is exacerbated by cigarette smoke exposure.
