Yusuf Lule was Uganda's 4th President, serving between April 13 - June 20, 1979. But before that, Yusuf Lule was Makerere University's first black Principal from 1964 to 1970. To honor his service, the University Council named the former CTF II after him during the Mak@100 celebrations.
