Fantastic uplifting day for the Birmingham Mother and Baby Unit - hearing the voices of lived experiences and Experts by Experience who have contributed so much to the development of perinatal mental health services - locally, regionally and nationally.

It was a pleasure to be a guest speaker Queensbridge School this morning offering insight into careers in psychology and sharing my experience as a mental health and well-being practitioner. Wonderful to see students so engaged and interested as they begin to think about their next steps 🙌🏼
