Being a kotor fan is so weird because you can count on the characters from the first game getting an official shout out every so often, but then kotor 2 gets ignored so much that I sometimes think me and five other people hallucinated it

KOTOR had some of the best writing of any star wars product period. The game felt so real and immersive despite 2000s graphics. Mountains of lore. The npc interactions were key. Bioware arguably based their later games on the bones of KOTOR.

How does it challenge the saga? It’s just a cheap copy of Empire Strikes Back that also steals elements from Knights of the Old Republic 2 and Legacy of the Force.
