1. I’m excited to share our new work, conducted with my amazing mentor and advisor Karl Deisseroth, on the synaptic basis of behavioral timescale plasticity. Online today Cell Press: cell.com/cell/fulltext/…

We looked at the proteomic diversity of 18 different synapse-types! Check out what we found in the preprint below 👇Big thanks to my co-authors from Erin schuman lab at MPI for Brain Research and Swiss National Science Foundation for support. #TeamMassSpec biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

Check out our latest paper in Science Magazine about the mechanism of #psychedelic-induced neuroplasticity. Fantastic collaboration between Institute for Psychedelics and Neurotherapeutics labs Olson Lab, Lin Tian, PhD, John Gray, as well as @MccorvyL! science.org/doi/10.1126/sc…

Thrilled to see our new paper out in Nature Biotechnology . Spatial-CITE-seq: spatially resolved co-indexing of transcriptome and epitopes for multi-omics sequencing. Big shoutout to Yang Liu, my former postdoc @YaleBME and now assistant professor of pathology and neurology Yale School of Medicine !

We’re excited to extend noninvasive optogenetics beyond the brain to address a nearly 150-year-old question in a new study out today nature: nature.com/articles/s4158… Work led by Brian Hsueh, myself, and Karl Deisseroth, with an amazing team in the D-lab and many others!

Really excited to share some of my PhD work Nature Neuroscience! This story was and will continue to be a rollercoaster of emotions. Big thanks to Martín Ávila YY zhang and our collaborators. Without their help none of this would have been possible.

Spatial epigenome–transcriptome co-sequencing🤩🤩🤩Beyond excited to see it out today nature! Enjoyable collaboration between my lab @YaleBME @YaleSEAS Yale School of Medicine and GonçaloCasteloBranco of Karolinska Institutet. The most informative tool for spatial multi-omics!! nature.com/articles/s4158…

Congratulations to The Brain Prize winners of 2023: Professors Michael Greenberg, Christine Holt and Erin schuman. They have done pioneering work on molecular mechanisms of brain development and plasticity Read: lundbeckfonden.com/en/pioneering-… #TheBrainPrize #BrainPrize23 #neuroscience
