Congrats to our two new editorial fellows: Yaara Zisman-Ilani, assistant professor Temple University Social & Behavioral Sciences, and Abiodun Otolorin, MD HUCM FMIG Howard University! We are looking forward to their contributions to the journal and to family medicine research!

Full marks to Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office for this. The West too rarely tries to drive home the point that our problem is with the Kremlin, not all Russians - as Putin claims - so it is great to see this being done, and done well

🎉🩺 Celebrating 20 years of Annals of Family Medicine today! 2 decades of illuminating research, enriching knowledge, & fostering conversations in primary care. Thanks to all our contributors and readers for advancing #FamilyHealth. Let's keep on making a healthier world! #AFM20 🌍🥳

This is a reckless comment from a lawyer who knows better. No one is jailing anyone at will. A grand jury has found probable cause of crimes. Trump gets due process, like everyone else. He gets jailed only if a jury finds guilt beyond a reasonable doubt and a judge imposes jail.

🆕Our researchers, incl. Program Mgr John Holkeboer, created an electronic health record system to manage high-priority in-basket messages. All docs shared inbox access & workload on a rotating schedule. Results: Reduced feelings of burnout. Annals of Family Medicine paper: bit.ly/3UXpkZ3

Our researchers have the paper, "Convenience or Continuity: When Are Patients Willing to Wait to See Their Own Doctor?" published in the latest Annals of Family Medicine! Authors include Dr. Greg Schumer, @KatherineGold, John Holkeboer et al. Read their original research here: annfammed.org/content/23/2/1…

If patients prefer their personal physician, why are practices not organized to assure access and continuity? We owe it to them. Primary Care Collaborative (PCC) AAFP Advocacy Convenience or Continuity: When Are Patients Willing to Wait to See Their Own Doctor? annfammed.org/content/23/2/1…

Why do we make patients wait - innovate new ways of dealing with continuity and demand the systems we work in let us have the autonomy to try them. No more call centers, no more dial sequences, just staff and clinicians making it work. AAFP Advocacy Primary Care Collaborative (PCC)

U-M Family Medicine new study supporting the importance of having a usual #pcp !!! #primarycare @KatherineGold
